Renée Paula Horster is one of the founding members and organisers of Resource Transformation - Rückverteilen bewegt. Before setting up rtrb, she studied sociology, economics and psychology. Since then, she has coordinated a strategy development programme for social entrepreneurs and works in various non-profit organisations.
