Laura Barrio Recio is a social researcher and activist for the right to housing since 2011. She is currently a member and spokesperson for the Coordinadora de Vivienda de Madrid, and the Sindicato de Inquilinas e Inquilinos de Madrid (Madrid Tenants' Association). She is co-author of "Housing is not a crime. Who squats in Madrid and why".
