Felix Syrovatka
Felix Syrovatka is a postdoctoral researcher at the Free University of Berlin, where he coordinates an interdisciplinary doctoral programme on the foundations and perspectives of German collective bargaining autonomy. He is currently researching the adaptation processes of employers' associations in changing European collective bargaining systems.
