Bernard Schmitt
Bernard Schmitt is Vice-President of Vosges Nature Environnement and a member of the naturalist association Oiseaux-Nature. He is a member of the Vosges Local Water Commission (Commission Locale de l'Eau des Vosges), which deals with the excessive abstraction of water from groundwater.
